Aguilar has a rich culinary background, having worked with renowned chef Javier Plascencia and overseeing restaurant openings in Todos Santos. He has also worked at esteemed restaurants across Mexico, including Restaurante Don Sánchez in San José del Cabo and Gran Miramar in Puerto Vallarta.
