Linda Louise Phillips, a cherished resident of Northbrook, Illinois, has passed away at the age of 78. She was the beloved wife of the late Norman Robert Phillips, Ph.D., and a loving mother to Norman Robert Phillips, Jr. Linda was also a dear sister to the late Cherie Virginia Penning, Jeri Anne Lindahl-Garcia, and Thomas Elvin Lindahl. Her passing is mourned by many cousins, nieces, and nephews. A visitation is scheduled for Thursday, August 21, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Donnellan Family Funeral Services in Skokie, Illinois. The funeral mass will be held on Friday, August 22, 2025, at Holy Cross Church in Deerfield, Illinois, followed by interment at Memorial Park Cemetery in Skokie. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
