The war-torn country has officially received a draft plan from Washington, which the US side believes could help reinvigorate diplomacy, Zelenskiy's office said in a statement on Thursday (November 20).

"The parties agreed to work on the plan’s provisions in a way that would bring about a just end to the war," the presidential office said in its statement following Zelenskiy's meeting with top US generals visiting Kyiv.
Zelenskiy plans to discuss with President Trump in the coming days “the existing diplomatic opportunities and the key points required to achieve peace,” according to the statement.
