United States President Donald Trump said that he has "great respect" for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and a trade deal between US and India is going to happen.
Addressing the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit in South Korea on Wednesday, October 29, Trump said, "Going to have a trade deal with India."
"I have great respect for Prime Minister Modi and love," he added.
The US President also called PM Modi as a "tough guy" and a "killer".
"Prime Minister Modi is a nicest looking guy... He looks like you'd like to have a father like. But he is a killer. He's tough as hell," Trump said at the APEC CEOs gathering.
      
    
"He said, 'No, we will fight.' I said, 'Whoa, this is the same man that I know?" Trump remarked.
