At The Merchants, families and guests were invited to create their own signature beverages at the Mocktail Lab Trolley, guided by expert mixologists. Each voucher was thoughtfully designed especially for the anniversary.
The lobby transformed into a vibrant celebration hub, featuring welcome mocktails from The Hedonist, live music, a Tea Sommelier experience, and a grand cake-cutting ceremony led by Mr. Rajiv Kapoor alongside owners Mr. and Mrs. Nitan Chhatwal, joined by guests and the Fairmont team.
