New Delhi, Apr 29 (PTI) Realty firm Omaxe Group will invest Rs 250 crore to develop a housing project in Lucknow, as part of its expansion plan.
In a regulatory filing on Wednesday, Omaxe said it will invest
about Rs 250 crore for the development of its latest premium residential project 'Omaxe Cassia'.
The project is part of the 690-acre 'Omaxe Metro City' township on Raebareli Road, Lucknow.
Omaxe said that nearly 300 out of its 360 units have already been sold.
Established in 1987, Omaxe is one of the leading real estate developers in the country.
Omaxe Group has delivered about 140.17 million sq ft of real estate across 31 cities in 8 states, including Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh. PTI MJH DRR
