Heavy Rain Alert in Madhya Pradesh

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a heavy rain alert for 10 districts in the eastern part of Madhya Pradesh on Monday.

This includes Jabalpur, Rewa, and Sagar

divisions along with others. Due to active trough conditions, these areas are likely to experience intense rainfall, while Bhopal, Indore, and Ujjain will see clear skies and bright sunshine.

Alerts issued on Monday

Heavy Rain Yellow Alert: Panna, Satna, Rewa, Mauganj, Sidhi, Maihar, Katni, Jabalpur, Seoni, and Balaghat: These areas may receive up to 4.5 inches of rain in the next 24 hours.

Light Rain Alert: In other districts of the state, there is a yellow alert for thunderstorms and light rain.
