Mumbai: The Income Tax Department on Thursday, December 18, conducted raid at Shilpa Shetty's Mumbai home in the Rs 60-crore fraud case, according to India Today report. Earlier on December 17, the IT
department had also carried out search operations at her co-owned restaurant, Bastian in Dadar.
These raid came after, the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) registered a case against the Bollywood couple Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra. The couple are booked under the charge of cheating, Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
