RITES Recruitment 2025: Eligibility criteria
1. If aspirants are applying under the General/EWS category or the Unreserved (UR) category, they must have finished a full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 50% marks. Applicants from reserved groups like SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), or PwBD must get at least 45% of the marks.
2. Minimum of two years of post-qualification work experience in either the PSC Sleeper Plant (production/material testing/inspection/quality assurance/quality control) or the Reinforced Cement Concrete Construction works.
3. The diploma needs to come from an AICTE/BTE-approved institution or university.
Note: Following the exam, documents will be verified, and only those who satisfy the requirements will be given consideration for an appointment. According to RITES regulations, medical fitness is a prerequisite for final selection.
RITES Recruitment 2025: Exam pattern
The test will have 125 multiple-choice questions, each worth one point, and will last for 2.5 hours. There won't be any points taken away for wrong answers. Those from the UR/EWS category must get at least 50% of the marks to be eligible, while those from the SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD group must get at least 45% of the marks. The score on the written test will be the only thing that matters in the final selection process.
