Delhi's AQI was recorded at 462 at 6 am, which is in "severe" category, according to the Central Pollution Control Board data.
All the 40 air quality monitoring stations were 'red' as thick smog and toxic air chokes the national capital. Visibility was affected due to the pollution.
Northwest Delhi's Rohini recorded an AQI of 499, the highest in the capital, which was followed by Jahangirpuri and Vivek Vihar with AQI at 495, as per News18.
