The move expands digital access to ASI monuments and museums, allowing visitors from India and abroad to book entry tickets seamlessly through multiple ONDC-enabled applications. By integrating ASI’s ticketing system on an open digital network, users can choose from different platforms to purchase tickets.
Visitors booking through ONDC-enabled applications will continue to receive existing benefits, including a ₹5 discount for Indian visitors and ₹50 for foreign nationals. Online booking also allows visitors to bypass physical ticketing queues at monuments and museums.
The integration has been technically enabled by NDML (NSDL Database Management Limited), which has onboarded ASI’s entire inventory of monuments and museums onto the ONDC Network.
