Gangetic West Bengal and Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, and Sikkim may also experience moderate rain and lightning.
In addition to this, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh are likely to see thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds, reaching speeds of 30 to 40 kmph.
Gujarat, Goa, and Maharashtra will continue to witness rain and thunderstorms, including Uttar Pradesh, which is expected to see isolated heavy rainfall and thunderstorms with lightning and gusty winds.
Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, and Meghalaya may see the beginning of light rainfall activity, likely to intensify by October 31.
The maximum temperature in Delhi is likely to range between 29 degrees Celsius and 31 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature may stay between 17 degrees Celsius and 19 degrees Celsius.
As per the IMD, drizzle is possible in Delhi-NCR on Thursday, and partly cloudy skies may persist on October 31. As for Noida, the city is expected to stay cloudy throughout the day on October 30. However, there is no rainfall alert for now.
