An earthquake of 4.7 magnitude struck Jammu and Kashmir on the morning of Monday, February 2.
The epicentre of the tremors was found to be located in Baramulla in Jammu and Kashmir, according to the National Center for Seismology (NCS).
The earthquake shook the Union Territory at 5:35 am, and its depth was found to be 10 km below the surface, as per NCS.
No casualties or injuries were reported.
Similarly, damage or destructions were also not reported.
