years.
As part of the 2026 premium housing plan, the DDA is offering 582 residential apartments and parking garages in the High-Income Group (HIG), Middle-Income Group (MIG), Lower-Income Group (LIG), Janta, and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories.
Additionally, the offer includes car and scooter garages in key Delhi locations, expanding the options available to investors and potential buyers.

The scheme spans several well-connected and established neighbourhoods including:
- HIG apartments with spacious plinth spaces and prime locations in Jasola, Rohini, Vasant Kunj, Ghazipur, and Dwarka.
- MIG units at Dwarka, Jahangirpuri, Loknayakpuram, Nand Nagri, Dilshad Garden, Madhipur, and other places.
- LIG units spread through Karol Bagh, Dev Nagar, Dwarka, Mansarovar Park, Mukarji Park, Rohini, Rampura, Paschim Vihar, Shalimar Bagh, and Vikaspuri.
- Janta and EWS flats, including units in Shahpur Jat, Ashok Nagar (Faiz Road), Kondli Gharoli and Nasirpur Dwarka.
- Garages are also being auctioned in areas like Pitampura, Rohini, Mall Road and Ashok Vihar.
The reserve prices range widely depending on location, size, and category; HIG apartments attract higher base values, while LIG and Janta sectors provide more reasonably priced possibilities. Under the initiative, apartments beginning at ₹12.63 lakh are being offered in prominent locales, such as Dwarka Mor. The e-auction bids will decide the final prices.
