A study has introduced Shaeer's Hydro-Inflation Technique for Neurovascular Bundle Mobilization (S-NVBm) during penile surgery, aimed at increasing safety and efficiency. This technique involves the infiltration of the neurovascular bundle with saline, which was performed in 50 cases, including 21 cases of severe ventral congenital penile curvature and 29 cases of Peyronie's disease deformity. The study compared the S-NVBm group with a control group using classic NVBm without hydro-inflation. The surgeries were conducted through a subcoronal degloving incision, and patients were randomized into the respective groups after providing informed consent. Ethical approval was obtained from the Department of Andrology, Kasr Al-Aini Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, Egypt.
