The vitality of your sprouts hinges on the freshness of the seeds; aim for those recently harvested to guarantee a high germination rate, which is crucial for a successful and abundant yield. Growing Medium Setup
The foundation for healthy sprout development lies in the growing medium. You'll need a shallow tray or dish equipped with drainage holes to prevent the buildup of excess moisture, which can lead to rot.
