This vibrant plate, shared on February 1st, featured a medley of jowar rotis accompanied by an assortment of beloved Indian vegetables like bhindi (okra), beetroot, baingan (eggplant), and lauki (bottle gourd). To complete this power-packed meal, he added egg whites and dal, demonstrating that robust fitness can indeed be achieved with the comfort and richness of home-style Indian cooking.
