Bread Head, the focaccia sandwich shop from former Trois Mec chefs Alex Williams and Jordan Snyder , will expand to the Valley this December with a location at the Village at Topanga in Woodland Hills. Snyder and Williams initially launched Bread Head as
a pop-up before opening the sandwich shop’s first permanent location in Santa Monica in 2024. Since then, the focaccia specialist has expanded to Manhattan Beach and Westwood Village.
In Woodland Hills, diners can expect Bread Head’s classic lineup of sandwiches served on its flaky homemade bread that falls somewhere between focaccia and ciabatta with a springy interior and crisp crust. The Grinder, one of the shop’s signatures, gets stacked with salami cotto, hot coppa, smoked ham, and provolone, while the mozzarella tucks fresh mozzarella into a sandwich with avocado, alfalfa sprouts, pickled red onion, and za’atar spread. The new location will also offer indoor seating, televisions, beer, and catering.
