For the first time since 1999, the New York Knicks are in the NBA Finals, and the transit hub around Madison Square Garden is buzzing with fans who want a taste of the action (even if a five-figure ticket to the game isn’t in the cards).
Whether it’s to journey on Amtrak; commute to New Jersey or Long Island; catch an A, C, E, 1, 2, or 3 subway line; or simply to visit a relatively clean public restroom — you’ll find yourself in the multi-level, maze-like, partly subterranean, alternately fascinating and terrifying Penn Station.
