Portland is one of those rare places where it feels like going out to lunch is a ritual, which is probably why there are so many spots in Portland where one can grab a fantastic midday meal, whether it’s a full-service, seated affair or something delicious
that can be eaten on the go. With this list, we’re skipping food carts and those spots dedicated to sandwiches (which each have their own lists).
