Matthew Kang is a lifelong Angeleno who never technically lived in Downtown but crashed on his friend’s couch for a few times a week over the course of a few years. Prior to that, he worked at a private bank with corporate offices in Downtown’s Financial District, prompting him to walk great lengths for good food. These days, he’s in the area more for sports games, classical musical concerts, and other events, but still enjoys a blistered flour tortilla burrito filled with charcoal-grilled beef from Sonoratown.
