For the July update of the list, we added red-sauce joint Waltz in South Philly, snazzy supper club Mr. Edison at the Bellevue Hotel, and tapas spot Bar Ilu in Kensington. And for this latest refresh of our heatmap, we took off Tesiny, Sao, and Dancerobot, all of which have now been open for more than six months.
