Drinking alcohol can harm your health, causing cirrhosis and cancer, raising blood pressure, increasing heart attack or stroke risk, and causing heart muscle damage and abnormal rhythms linked to certain cancers. Quitting tobacco and completely quitting alcohol reduces major risks, supporting overall bodily function and longevity.

Regular health screenings are extremely important to prevent lifestyle diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure, as they help catch silent conditions early through tests for blood pressure, cholesterol, and sugar, enabling timely interventions, simpler treatments, and lower costs, and promoting healthier habits like diet, exercise, and sleep for a longer, healthier life.
