Stranger Things star Eduardo Franco has undergone an impressive physical transformation for an upcoming movie role. The 31-year-old, best known for playing Argyle in season 4, recently posted an Instagram video highlighting his new toned and ripped physique. “On July 14th, I got the word that I got this job,” he shared. “I knew in the script that the first scene where my character appears — it's in the very beginning of the movie — that the character is shirtless. I said, ‘Okay, well, I’m taking it upon myself. I’d like to look as lean as possible for that scene.’” Franco said his personal trainer connected him with another trainer for help. In the clip, the actor is shot doing an intense workout. He takes off his shirt and flexes his muscles.
He then credits his trainer for helping him build strength and improve his overall conditioning.
Eduardo’s first time with strength training
Eduardo said he did not have previous experience with strength training, so he went slowly to avoid any injuries. However, he did achieve the current form in three months’ time. While he did not reveal what the upcoming role is, fans and fellow stars commented under the post and praised him for his accomplishment, including his Stranger Things co-stars Caleb McLaughlin and Finn Wolfhard. What does strength training include?
