Why black coffee stands apart?

According to Ashok, studies suggest that the greatest benefits are observed at around four cups of coffee per day. “Studies actually show up to four cups of coffee a day is where they found the maximum benefits,” he says. Most health experts agree that moderate coffee consumption - typically three to four cups daily - is safe for most healthy adults. However, pregnant women, individuals sensitive to caffeine, and people with certain medical conditions should consult their healthcare provider regarding appropriate intake. While trendy wellness drinks continue to come and go, black coffee remains one of the most researched beverages in nutritional science.
