What is grade 3 fatty liver disease?

Lifestyle changes that made the difference
Instead of relying solely on medication, Sunaina focused on sustainable lifestyle changes. “Exercising regularly, eating healthy but delicious home-cooked meals, and choosing my health first. I trained, I moved, I showed up even when I didn’t feel like it,” she continued in the post. Here’s what helped her reverse fatty liver:Clean and balanced diet
Sunaina eliminated processed foods, refined sugars, and alcohol from her routine. Her diet shifted to whole foods, including fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats. This helped reduce fat accumulation in the liver.Regular exercise
