The plan involves one walk-run workout per fortnight, performed three times a week, with rest days in between. Each session begins with a five-minute warm-up, followed by jogging and walking intervals, and concludes with a cool-down. Ahmed advises participants to pay attention to their body's response, adjusting the plan if sharp pain occurs, and to choose softer terrains for running to reduce joint stress.
