clients, and private wealth principals on complex federal tax matters. Her expertise includes exempt organization structuring, charitable giving, IRS examinations, private letter rulings, and philanthropic planning. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mitchell was part of RSM’s Washington National Tax office and had previously worked with KPMG’s Washington National Tax office.
