Her leadership has been marked by significant financial growth, with the Morrow group increasing revenues by 50% and profits by 20%, while the children's division saw a more than 100% increase in profitability. Stehlik has also managed the publication of major global franchises such as Narnia and works by J.R.R. Tolkien and Agatha Christie. She will report to HarperCollins president and CEO Brian
Murray and will continue to oversee the Morrow group and children's division.
