Barminco, a subsidiary of the Perenti Group, has selected Sandvik to supply a fleet of 23 underground trucks, loaders, and drills for the Bellevue Gold project in Western Australia. This order, placed in the second quarter of 2026, includes advanced equipment
such as the Toro TH663i trucks and Toro LH517i loaders, designed for demanding underground applications. The equipment will support Barminco's operations at Bellevue, one of Australia's highest-grade gold mines, which aims to enhance underground development and material movement. Bellevue Gold, known for its sustainable mining practices, has been a leader in renewable energy use, with 90% of its electricity coming from wind and solar power.
