of legal experience, particularly in family law, to the firm. She began her legal career after graduating from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2015 and obtaining her Illinois law license in 2016. Her career highlights include certification as a divorce mediator and serving as a guardian ad litem in Kane and DuPage Counties. Rothenberg has also worked as a Special Litigator in the Family Law Division of the Texas Attorney General's Office, where she managed complex litigation and was recognized as Assistant Attorney General of the Year for her region in 2025. Her return to Illinois and partnership with McSwain Rapp Law marks a continuation of her commitment to client advocacy and family law.
