Virtuoso, a leading global travel network, has announced significant changes in its leadership structure with the appointment of Brad Bourland as President and Tristan Dowell as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Brad Bourland, who has been with Virtuoso since
2020 as Chief Operating Officer, will now take on the role of President while continuing his duties as acting COO until a successor is named. Bourland has been instrumental in shaping the company's global strategy over the past six years. Tristan Dowell, an industry veteran with 23 years at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, joins Virtuoso as CCO. Dowell's experience includes roles such as Global Brand Director for Park Hyatt and Andaz, and most recently, Global Vice President for Luxury, Lifestyle & Leisure Sales at Hyatt. In his new role, Dowell will oversee Virtuoso's commercial strategy, focusing on global marketing, memberships, partnerships, products, and markets to drive business growth.
