Datavault AI has announced a significant financial agreement with Scilex Holding Company, securing a $120 million cash contribution to fund the expansion of its quantum-ready SanQtum platform across 100 U.S. cities. This initiative aims to deploy a nationwide
network of high-performance, quantum-ready micro edge data centers. The agreement includes a revenue participation model where Scilex will receive a portion of the revenues generated by Datavault AI's network. The deployment will leverage Datavault AI's existing stock of Nvidia GPUs, valued at $1.2 billion, to support advanced AI workloads and secure data processing. The initial deployment is expected to begin in New York and Philadelphia by the second quarter of 2026, with plans to expand to 25 locations within 12 months and full coverage within 36 months.
