Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Johnson brings extensive experience in insuring venture capital and private equity funds, along with their portfolio companies. His expertise includes developing strategic risk solutions that cover management liability, directors and officers liability, technology errors and omissions, cyber liability, and M&A and transactional risk coverages. Johnson previously served as EVP and capital practice leader at Newfront.
