What's Happening?
The National College Baseball Writers Association has named Ole Miss players Hunter Elliott and Judd Utermark to its 2026 Preseason All-America Teams. Elliott, a key pitcher for the Rebels, was selected for the First Team, marking his third preseason All-American recognition. In 2025, Elliott achieved a 10-3 record with a 2.94 ERA and 102 strikeouts, becoming one of the few in Ole Miss history to record a 10-win, 100-strikeout season. Utermark, recognized on the Third Team, led the team in RBI, home runs, and total bases last season, with 22 home runs and 69 RBI. The SEC and ESPN have also announced the 2026 Ole Miss Baseball TV schedule, featuring seven games on the SEC Network.
