The hotel will be located on a 1.2-acre site at 301 E Tennessee Street, a location that previously faced development challenges due to an outdated clay sewer system. This issue has been resolved through a partnership with the city of Florence, which saw the installation of a modern sewer system. The hotel, designed by Smith Gee Studio, will draw inspiration from local landmarks such as the Wilson Dam and the Tennessee River, aiming to reflect Florence's unique cultural and historical identity. The development will include a café, bar, and destination restaurant, enhancing the city's culinary scene.
