Carson Now is calling for nominations for its Local Favorites contest, with the deadline set for February 28. Over 500 readers have already submitted nominations, with more than 200 businesses in the Food & Drink category alone. The contest aims to recognize
and celebrate local businesses and services in Carson City. The voting phase will commence on March 7 and run through March 21. Additional contests for surrounding areas, including Carson Valley and Lake Tahoe, are planned for later in the year.
