John Lewis is expanding its beauty offerings by partnering with Skin Cupid to introduce Korean beauty shop-in-shops. This collaboration will bring 20 Korean skin and haircare brands to John Lewis stores in Cambridge, Kingston, and Leeds, as well as online.
The initiative is part of a broader strategy to enhance the department store's beauty segment, which has seen a 42% sales increase since 2020. The partnership aims to cater to the growing interest in Korean skincare, which has seen an 800% increase in searches over the past year. John Lewis is also enhancing its My John Lewis membership program with MyJL Beauty and expanding The Beauty Society, its advisory service.
