The Florida Panthers are set to host their annual Pride Night on March 31, coinciding with their game against the Ottawa Senators at the Amerant Bank Arena. The event will feature a performance of the United States national anthem by the Gay Men’s Chorus
of South Florida. Additionally, John ‘Charlie’ Baston, a former US Air Force Cryptologic Linguist, will be honored as the 'Heroes Among Us' honoree. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with local vendors such as SunServe and The Alliance for LBGTQ+ Youth, enjoy a Pride photo opportunity, and purchase a specialty cocktail named 'Love Wins Fizz'. The Panthers Foundation will also auction exclusive Pride jerseys designed by local artist Trey Opp, with proceeds benefiting local LGBTQ+ organizations. Pride-themed merchandise will be available for purchase at various locations, including Pantherland at the arena and online.
