LTM has announced the launch of 'Universal AI,' an online learning program developed by MIT Open Learning, in collaboration with upGrad Enterprise. This initiative aims to enhance AI literacy and decision-making
capabilities among LTM's workforce, covering both technical and non-technical roles. The program is designed to provide a foundational understanding of artificial intelligence, enabling employees to apply scientific thinking and first-principles reasoning in an increasingly AI-driven business environment. The Universal AI program is a self-paced course created by MIT Open Learning faculty, consisting of 16 foundational modules along with industry-specific content. It focuses on the functioning of AI systems, the technologies behind them, and the ethical considerations involved. The course is accessible to learners across all experience levels and does not require prior coding knowledge.
