Globe Metals has entered into a pre-development collaboration agreement with Sinomine International Engineering, which will also involve the construction of the Kitumba Copper Mine in Zambia. The agreement includes a cost-reimbursable structure with a fixed monthly management fee for Sinomine's project management and operational services.
