JetBlue Airways has announced a new initiative to enhance its aircraft inspection processes by incorporating drone technology. The airline has partnered with Donecle, a French drone inspection provider, to deploy drones at key stations in Boston, New
York, and Orlando. This move is part of a broader effort to conduct fleetwide automated scans across its Airbus A220 and A320 aircraft families. Additionally, JetBlue has renewed a five-year component repair agreement with Barfield, a subsidiary of AFI KLM E&M, to support its A320 and A321 fleet.
