What's Happening?
Bremont has introduced a new limited-edition chronograph, the Altitude Chronograph Pulsograph, at the Watches and Wonders 2026 event. This timepiece features the historic Valjoux 23 movement, encased in a 42mm Trip-Tick case made from lightweight titanium.
The watch is water-resistant up to 100 meters and has a slim profile of 12.52mm, thanks to the compact design of the Valjoux 23. The watch's aesthetic is enhanced by a striking salmon dial and a brown nubuck leather strap with ecru box stitching, giving it a vintage-inspired look. The sapphire exhibition case back allows for a view of the movement, highlighting its historical significance and refined finishing.
Why It's Important?
The release of the Altitude Chronograph Pulsograph underscores Bremont's commitment to blending historical watchmaking craftsmanship with modern engineering. By incorporating the Valjoux 23 movement, Bremont pays homage to traditional watchmaking techniques while utilizing contemporary materials like titanium to enhance durability and wearability. This launch is significant for watch enthusiasts and collectors, as it offers a unique combination of heritage and innovation. The watch's design and engineering reflect the ongoing trend in the luxury watch industry to create pieces that are both aesthetically pleasing and technically advanced.
