Novachips Co., Ltd., a leader in flash storage solutions, has announced the release of its new P2-series SSDs. These self-encrypting drives are designed to meet post-quantum cryptography security requirements by incorporating general-purpose quantum-resistant algorithms as recommended by CNSA 2.0. The P2-series, built on the NV7X processor, offers improved read/write bandwidth, new quantum-resistant algorithms, and enhanced power efficiency compared to its predecessor, the P-series. These SSDs are available in various form factors, including 2.5-inch SATA, U.2/M.2 for PCIe, and USB flash drives, with capacities ranging from 500GB to 16TB. They are engineered to withstand extreme environmental conditions, adhering to the MIL-STD-810G standard.
The P2-series also supports FIPS-140-3 and Common Criteria security validations, ensuring robust security for enterprise, industrial, military, and other mission-critical applications.
