textile manufacturer. This agreement allows for the import of decorticated hemp fiber from the U.S., which is then processed into yarns and fabrics in Vietnam. The partnership aims to enhance supply chain transparency and diversify sourcing options for American and European brands, leveraging Vietnam's established textile manufacturing capabilities.
