from Oxford Brookes University’s Hotel and Restaurant Management program and starting her career at the Boston Marriott Cambridge. Casillo has held various leadership roles, including at Boston Marriott Copley Place and as Director of Rooms at Hotel Commonwealth, where she played a key role in a $55 million expansion. Her career also includes a stint as Premium Team Lead at British Airways and senior leadership roles at InterContinental Boston. In 2017, she joined Turnberry Associates, where she led the pre-opening and ongoing operations of Courtyard by Marriott Boston Downtown/North Station as General Manager. During her tenure, the property received several industry accolades.
