The South East European Film Festival (SEEfest) has announced its 2026 lineup, set to open on April 29 in Los Angeles. The festival will feature Ioana Mischie’s debut film 'Catane', a comedy-romance from Romania. SEEfest, co-presented by ELMA, aims to showcase
the best of South and Eastern European cinema. Highlights include the Croatian feature 'Honey Bunny' and the Slovenian film 'Fantasy', which has won multiple awards. The festival will also present 'Panopticon', Georgia's official Oscar entry, and a range of documentaries exploring themes from the Russian invasion of Ukraine to the personal cost of war.
