Master Sommelier Robert R. Smith has been appointed as the Director of Food & Beverage at ADERO Scottsdale Resort, Autograph Collection. Smith, who is one of the few professionals globally to hold the prestigious Master Sommelier title, is currently the only

Smith brings over two decades of experience in luxury food and beverage operations, having worked at renowned establishments such as the two-MICHELIN-starred Picasso at Bellagio Las Vegas. In his new role, Smith will oversee all food and beverage operations at the 177-room resort, aiming to elevate the guest experience through innovative culinary programming.
