King Princess is set to make her theatrical debut in the stage production of 'Girl, Interrupted' at The Public Theater in New York City. The production is based on Susanna Kaysen's bestselling memoir, which was previously adapted into a 1999 film starring
Winona Ryder and Angelina Jolie. The stage adaptation features a book by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Martyna Majok and original music by Grammy winner Aimee Mann. King Princess will play the role of Lisa, a fellow patient in the psychiatric hospital where the story is set. The production is directed by Jo Bonney with choreography by Sonya Tayeh, and it will run from May 13 to June 21.
