Talisman Metals, an Ireland-based company, has initiated its first phase of fieldwork at the Tirzzit copper project in Morocco. This includes collecting seven channel samples and 38 trench samples for assaying. The company aims to test mineralisation
thickness and grade, confirm historical copper and silver grades, and locate thicker intervals for channel sampling. The initial exploration targets a 700-meter strike with malachite mineralisation. Talisman plans to begin more extensive exploration once the Tirzzit licenses are transferred from Aya Silver & Gold.
